Welcome to Qbix Labs. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the digital services we provide. By accessing this website or engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Qbix Labs' website or services if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Services Provided

Qbix Labs offers digital services including, but not limited to, UI/UX design, web design, software development, brand design, graphic design, and video editing. The specific details, deliverables, timeline, and cost of your project will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to you before work commences.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the timely delivery of your project, you agree to provide all necessary assets (text, images, branding guidelines, passwords, etc.) requested by our team. Delays in providing these materials or delays in feedback/approvals may result in an extension of the project deadline.

3. Payment Terms & Deposits

• ✦Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%, unless otherwise stated in your proposal) is required before any design or development work begins.
• ✦Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the handover of final source files or migrating a website to your live server.
• ✦Late Fees: Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee, and all project work will be paused until payment is received.

4. Revisions & Scope Creep

Your project includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your chosen pricing package. Additional revisions or requests for features/pages not included in the original project scope will be quoted separately at our standard hourly rate. We will always notify you before incurring any extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final payment in full, the copyright and ownership of the final designs and compiled code are transferred to you.

However, Qbix Labs retains the right to display the completed project, early concepts, and project details in our portfolio, on our social media, and in marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed prior to the project start. We retain ownership of any unused concepts or drafts.

6. Warranties & Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality work, our services are provided "as is" without any guarantees of specific business outcomes (e.g., guaranteed sales or web traffic). Qbix Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our designs or software. Once a project is handed over and approved, any subsequent bugs, hacks, or server issues are the responsibility of the client unless a specific maintenance contract is in place.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project if the other party breaches these terms. If you choose to terminate the project before completion, the initial deposit remains non-refundable to cover the time and resources already invested by our team.
